The Dufferin Centre is open to anyone that wants to get up and move, in a warm and safe environment.

We have lots of space for:

Walking, Nordic Pole Walking, jogging, badminton, and an open play area (center field) for preschoolers.  To ensure the safety of all of our participants, the use of balls will not be allowed, until further notice.

 

​​​To help protect the turf, please bring your indoor shoes.

​

Program runs Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between the hours of 9am & 12pm, until April 1, 2026. *Please view our facility schedule.
